Sometimes life gets messy, it can feel like everything is all jumbled up in knots with no way to untangle everything—that’s where I come in. I am a disentanglement expert. As a solution-orientated therapist I am most interested in exploring your strengths and resources as the building blocks for therapy and change. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples and families addressing issues of infidelity, breaches of trust, re-igniting desire, co-parenting, and exploring sexual orientation. I work towards rebuilding connections between partners, families and oneself by approaching life’s struggles with a non-judgment stance, respect, and empathy. I am also passionate about working with individuals struggling with addiction. I assist families in making sense of their loved ones struggles with addiction as well as explore the skills needed for individuals to address their addiction. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate and adjunct professor at Our Lady of the Lake University.
