Therapist Overview

Struggling to take care of yourself while looking out for others? It can be overwhelming to show yourself that same compassion. Let me help you create the balance you need to keep doing what is important. Self-compassion is the first step in making sure we have the strength to support those we care about, including partners, children, students, or patients. Our goal is to create a meaningful, collaborative relationship tailored to helping you find balance by developing your strengths and emphasizing goals that move you towards the life you envision. My areas of focus for treatment include self-care, coping skills, depression, anxiety, guilt, isolation, impulse control, and past trauma. I use cognitive-behavioral strategies, with a focus on mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to emphasize cultivating gratitude, building social connections, and maintaining balance in your life roles.
