Therapist Overview

I am client-centered & appreciate a holistic view of each client (body, mind, spirit). My focus is traditional “talk therapy” with a strengths perspective that allows for clients’ insight, and I use wisdom garnered from training in Native American spirituality, a study and practice of yoga, and Christianity. Some of my specialties are: depression, grief & loss, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship and workplace issues, the GLBTQ community, and life transitions. I am a Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist. I prefer clients who are not chemically dependent or who have been in treatment & are clean and sober. As far as ages, I see clients who are young adults through seniors. I welcome those from different cultures! If we need to, we can find an interpreter.
