A lot of my clients have depression and anxiety. They tend to have a lot of negative self-talk and little self-love. They may have boundary issues and unhealthy coping skills when frustrated or angry. Through processing their past and present situations, we work to find coping skills that work for each individual client. Worksheets and tailored assignments are given to help guide my client through the journey to healing.
