Therapist Overview

Hi! Let’s work together. I am a psychotherapist in the Greater Denver Area who is enthusiastic about working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. My down-to-earth approach helps me create a safe environment to delve into your personal concerns. I utilized evidence-based practices, which include cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy and play therapy. As an USAF Veteran, I have experience working with diverse clients and I believe there is not “one-size fits all” approach to the therapeutic process. I enjoy collaboratively working with individuals and families through a strength-based perspective. Clients I work with deal with an array of matters, such as anxiety, depression, school difficulties, behavioral challenges, social skills, executive functioning difficulties, and other occupational concerns. I believe in cultivating and encouraging client’s social and emotional learning, in order to build skills that will assist in the management of emotions, the development of healthy coping skills, the ability to problem-solve effectively, setting and achieving positive goals, and establish rewarding relationship.
