Even when you know you are stuck, you find extreme difficulty letting go of the habits and communication styles that keep you stuck. Counseling can help. Using a variety of theories and techniques, my goal is to assist you in discovering solutions to your problems and in finding the potential in yourself and your relationships. Whether individual, couple, or family sessions, I will assist you in finding ways to improve your relationships. It can be especially difficult to find time for counseling.
