My ultimate goal is to assist and support individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the stressors of daily life as well as hardships of life changes. I have been working with individuals, families, children, teenagers and couples as they navigate through different challenges for over 10 years. I have focused my work in the areas of behavioral modification, addiction, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ issues.
