Therapist Overview
**No longer taking new clients as of September 2020** If you ever feel like your past isn’t staying in your past causing feelings of distrust in others, intense emotions, vivid memories, and relationship struggles then I want you to know healing is possible. I have worked with children and teens healing from abuse all the way to helping people process and heal from events that have held on to them for decades. Additionally, I really enjoy helping people improve self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I work best with kids ages six or older, teens, and adults. I have been practicing since 2017 and I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner LIMHP and a National Certified Counselor NCC. I use the latest research, TF-CBT, Sand Tray, play therapy, EMDR, and Person-centered counseling to help people heal from all levels of trauma. I found my passion helping people with the experiences from their past. My goal is to help you understand what is happening to create these overwhelming feelings and what to do about it. I prioritize the person’s feeling of safety, freedom of expression, and ability to be their authentic self.
