Using person-centered, trauma-informed care, I specialize in working with individuals (ages 12+) and families struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, parenting, PTSD and relationship struggles. In addition, I am bilingual in Spanish and have extensive experience working with families dealing with stress and trauma related to immigration issues.
