It’s amazing how quickly life can get in the way of our relationships and cause chaos in our lives. We have obligations, responsibilities and demands that we have to keep up with, while putting in work to create a successful relationship. It can be exhausting at times and things can fall apart quickly. Therapy can be helpful for not just the couple or family, but the individual. I have experience working with a wide variety of issues including substance abuse, codependency, divorce, parenting, physical/sexual abuse, domestic violence, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, stage of life issues, crisis intervention, self esteem and school/employment stressors, etc. I work with individuals of all ages from tweens(8) and up.
