I primarily practice Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which I have extensive training and experience with, and also use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). DBT is a therapy technique originally designed to target clients with chronic suicidal thoughts and self harm behaviors. I have been using the skills and techniques for over 12 years to help many individuals with a wide variety of mood related issues including depression, anxiety, and anger.
