I integrate a variety of approaches to meet your individual needs from a place of mindfulness and presence, holism (mind-body-spirit connection), and organicity (the impulse to heal lies within) with a strong trauma-informed background. Our process is collaborative – you know you better than anyone else knows you! We cultivate together trust in that knowing to help with depression, anxiety, PTSD and trauma, attachment and relational wounds. My framework is based largely within the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy approach, which is a body-centered talking therapy. I am an EMDR trained therapist.
