We’ve all been there. One minute you feel like you’ve got it all together, and the next you feel overwhelmed, emotionally and physically exhausted, and unmotivated. Maybe your frustration tolerance has gotten low, maybe you find yourself unable to get up out of bed, or maybe you’ve lost complete interest in all the things and people that used to bring you joy. Growing demands in our every day lives and busier than ever schedules make it easy to experience burn out. As debilitating as it can be, it’s not something you have to go through alone. My goals as a counselor include helping you find meaning and passion in your life again. I truly believe that every client is different and requires a personalized approach. I will work with you to build new habits and set your own clinical goals. We all deserve to feel in control of our lives. I view mental health as just one part of the puzzle, and have a passion for integrating an overall healthy lifestyle approach into my treatment. My clinical experience includes working with adolescents, families, young adults, as well as adults. When life gets tough, we don’t always take care of ourselves the way we should.
