I believe that finding a therapist that helps you meet these goals, in a safe and non judgmental space is essential for growth. I have over 10 years of experience in mental health, with a focus in anxiety and depression. I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to therapy, but I believe in being flexible and finding what type of therapy works best for each client. Creative approaches, such as using writing and art exercises are easily incorporated if these work well for the client. I also believe in using humor, a client’s spirituality, relaxation training and mindfulness techniques to help my clients.
