Therapist Overview
My professional goal is to help individuals and families navigate the many challenges we are faced with as we move through life. Let’s together figure out how you can be the person you want to be and improve you relationships. If your child has challenges, let’s identify those, and find solutions and recommendations. As we and our parents age it is important they get proper diagnosis and recommendations. After a stroke, traumatic brain injury, or other disability, it is important to receive education and direction to the best resources, as well as help adjusting. Life can be hard at times, let’s find a solution together. My focus is on individuals and families in all stages of life. I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and I can help you learn parenting skills for young children who are difficult to manage. If you are concerned about learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or sensory-motor disorders, I can help diagnose or rule these out. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and elderly who are struggling to adjust to significant changes and challenges in life. I will be an active and empathetic listener to whatever you are struggling with, and try to help you find the solutions that are best for you.
