Therapist Overview

*Intensively Trained DBT Therapist* Deciding to begin therapy can be an anxiety provoking decision. That is why I provide an ease about coming to therapy and attempt to make my clients feel comfortable beginning this process. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults helping them get through difficult transitions in their lives. I do a lot of work challenging people to explore their aggression, self-harming behaviors, drugs and alcohol use, suicidal ideations, depression and anxiety. I also enjoy working with adults dealing with life transitions and helping them improve their moods and perspectives on life. I help my clients challenge themselves to develop a more meaningful life while helping them get out of that “stuck” feeling. The type of therapy I offer is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), where we will explore different ways to regulate emotions, tolerate distressing events, mindfulness, and improving interpersonal relationships ***I also offer HIPAA Compliant Vid
