I strongly believe that connecting with nature has a positive influence on both the body and the mind. My private practice is mobile. This means I have a lot of flexibility in meeting with you in a setting that offers the most comfort and convenience for you. This could be a local park, a favorite walking trail, your home, etc. While I have experience working with all age groups, I have specialized with children, youth and families for the last 6 years. I have worked with teens involved in sex trafficking, families experiencing domestic violence, adolescents struggling in social situations/school, and caregivers longing to create a more fulfilling relationship with their children.
