I believe in building a compassion-filled environment to help you identify your strengths, learn better coping skills, and create meaning in your life. My therapy interventions are rooted in existential and person-centered theories, but also draw on cognitive behavioral, positive psychology, and solution-focused techniques. I currently have evening appointments available on Wednesdays and Thursdays and day time appointments available on Tuesdays.
