Therapist Overview

Are you struggling to find happiness? Do you feel stuck or frustrated in trying to turn around negative thoughts, emotions or behaviors? Facing these issues can feel daunting, but together, we can take steps to bring tangible change to your life through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My mission is to create meaningful and positive change in your life. I am committed to creating a warm and empathic environment so that my clients feel supported while we work together to achieve their goals. Together, we can take steps to bring tangible change to your life through cognitive behavioral therapy. Using this solutions-focused approach, we’ll prioritize your most pressing concerns and identify tools you can use to empower you and begin to address your challenges. I am a NYS licensed social worker, receiving my Master’s degree from New York University. Previously, I provided individual and group psychotherapy services in school and other settings for children, adolescents and adults. I am currently training to become certified in TEAM-CBT, created by David Burns, MD.
