Being a parent can be a challenge! When a child is sad or worried, or angry and acting out, parents can often feel at a loss as to how to understand and respond to their behaviors. I provide parenting support around these issues and more, including help responding to specific behavioral concerns, increasing effective communication, and improving parent-child dynamics. Through our work together, parents can experience greater confidence in their interactions with their children, and see improvements in their childrens’ behavior, ability to cope with transitions, and self-esteem.
