Congratulations on having the courage to change and to ask for help. Life can be a stressful process for all of us. Sometimes we feel alone and afraid and wish we had someone to talk to outside of our immediate family and friends. Perhaps we’ve tried the same behaviors over and over and wonder why we don’t have different results. It can be very helpful to talk to someone who can look at our concerns and difficulties from a different perspective and shed new light. Once we feel deeply understood, we may be able to try new behaviors.
