Therapist Overview

******My practice is currently full and I am not accepting new clients. Please email if you are an existing client or a client I have seen in the past********* I invite you to learn ways to connect, uncover, sit with, and integrate new found wisdom into your life. As a strength-based therapist, I use an integrative approach to assist you in listening to the wise parts of yourself and reveal your true potential. While we can’t change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand, resolve, and decrease the intensity of distress that you experience on a daily basis. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, trauma, depression, and those going through transitions. With mindfulness based practices, EMDR, The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, and CBT techniques you will develop the skills and supports you need to move past troubling situations and find empowerment in your life! I am level II certified in EMDR and am a Fellow of the Bonny Method of Guided
