Therapist Overview
I specialize in seeing teens, college-aged, and young adults. There is so much uncertainty right now. Feeling like you are supposed to have everything together during these times is challenging. You are grieving the loss of school or work as you know it, while trying to adjust to the new “normal.” Whatever you are feeling is completely valid. I genuinely would love to help you find some stability and normalcy while giving you tools to make everything feel a little easier and less stressful. I work a lot with life’s daily stressors, life transitions and adjustments, anxiety, and past and current trauma. I find that the counseling relationship is the most important part of therapy. My goal is to provide support and comfort in the process of discussing struggles present in your life by being a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and unbiased resource. Therapy looks different for everyone. I strive to make sure you get what you need from each session and move at the pace that feels best for
