Therapist Overview

I am a clinical social worker who aims to provide a safe space to work through personal challenges in a judgement free, non-authoritative, non-biased, no pressure environment. Wherever you are on your journey, healing and growth come from a place of acceptance and change. One must accept what is, through discovery and self-expression, while working to change the areas in one’s life that aren’t serving them anymore. The overall mission of compass healing is to find joy in being alive. I specialize in a variety of evidence-based approaches in the treatment of mental health issues. I work with clients who present with a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, adjustments, major life transitions, mood disorders, family or relationship conflict and other issues relating to older adults, adults, and young adults. As humans we will inevitably face challenges throughout our lives. It’s so important to understand that you do not need to face all these challenges on our own.
