I believe the individual has within themselves the ability to live their best life but often times needs someone to coach them through obstacles. My approach to therapy is best described as eclectic and systematic. Everyone is different so no one treatment fits all and often times obstacles are complex. I consider it an honor to counsel and it is a privilege I don’t take lightly. Honesty, humility, respect and loyalty are necessary qualities I bring into the therapeutic relationship. I have provided therapeutic services for over 15 years in schools, psychiatric hospitals, private homes, juvenile justice system and intensive outpatient programs and practices with all ages and needs. Experience has taught me that everyone wants to be heard, feel important to someone and be accepted for who they are.
