You’ve been living in survival mode, going through the motions of everyday life. You may distract yourself from your pain with a substance, with a behavior, or stress reaction. Deep down inside you are suffering. All of the strategies we use to escape, amplify the feeling that something is wrong with us. They keep us from the very parts of ourselves that need our love and attention. You are not the problem. The problem lies in our coping mechanisms and limiting beliefs. It is possible to find your way back. I draw on a blend of approaches, both traditional and alternative, to help you find your way back to your Self. The possibility of recovery and renewal exists as long as life exists. I’m here to support that possibility in others. My approach is holistic and collaborative.
