Therapist Overview

Taking steps toward greater wholeness, healing, and mental well-being is a courageous act. Perhaps you’ve gotten to a point in your life where you know something needs to change, but it just feels too hard to do it on your own. Major life transitions such as beginning college, experiencing loss, or becoming a parent can cause pain, anxiety, confusion, suffering, or may leave you feeling like you’re just not “yourself.” I am here to honor the complexity and uniqueness of your journey and accompany you on the path to healing. In our work together, I will offer an authentic presence and view you as the expert on your own life and experiences and help you find your way back to yourself. If you are struggling with difficult life transitions, early childhood trauma, parenting difficulties, anxiety, depression, self-worth and meaning, relationship issues, and/or perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, like postpartum depression, or just want to know more, please give me a call.
