My passion is for helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, or really any symptom they might label as “negative”. Maybe you’ve found yourself in a different season of life than you expected, maybe you’re facing a big decision, anticipating a career change, or you’re just not feeling like your best self. If any of these sound like you, I’d love to see what I can do to support you. My background in Kinesiology and strength training are what fueled my decision to pursue a career in Counseling. The mind-body connection is a powerful one and in my opinion, usually underestimated. My goal is to help you increase your awareness and understanding of what doesn’t work for you and figure out what it might take to help get you where you want. I would love the opportunity to work with you to help you identify what you want (sometimes, we’re not even sure!), & increase your awareness of who you are, where you came from, & how you can live your most authentic & fulfilled life. Sometimes, that means looking back, other times that means looking forward, and most times it means a combination of the two
