I work with people on issues related to depression, anxiety, relationships and intimacy, work-related stress, family conflicts, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, and navigating major life transitions. I adapt my work based on your unique needs, strengths, and interests. I use techniques from several different treatment modalities, including psychodynamic psychotherapy (developing insight) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (identifying and working to live in alignment with your values).
