Therapist Overview

Calling all college students and young adults! Are you looking for someone who will truly listen? Are you struggling with anxious thoughts, feelings of depression or are you just feeling down and are not sure what to do next? You deserve a non-judgmental, compassionate counselor who will help you take the next steps to feeling better. I focus on helping my clients become clear on what changes THEY want to make. I firmly believe all change comes from within the client and my role is to walk alongside them on their journey to becoming a healthier version of themselves. I have an affinity for working with college students and young adults. I blame it on my past experience as an educator at my local high school! I fully understand the stressors that being a student can bring and I want to help YOU not just survive in college, but thrive in your current environment. I specialize in anxiety, depression, religious trauma and gender therapy. I am very passionate about creating space in my office that is LGBTQ+ affirming, friendly and sensitive. My practice is currently all remote due to Covid-19 restrictions.
