Therapist Overview

Though working together with my patients, my goal is to help address and relieve presenting problems effectively. My practice includes child and adolescent therapy as well as parenting and school consultation. I also provide neuropsychological evaluations to address learning and academic issues. I am psychodynamically trained but draw upon many treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques. Navigating the ups and downs of childhood and parenting can be quite challenging. My overall goal is to help my patients develop adaptive coping strategies to promote better functioning at home and in school. My specialty is working with children and their parents to promote better relationships and overall emotional well-being. I am particularly familiar with issues surrounding ADHD, learning differences as well as anxiety/depression. Working in private practice as well as in a school, I am experienced with issues children are facing in these uncertain times. In ad
