My name is Alli Swift and I started my practice with the vision of creating a safe and nurturing place for clients to come and get to know themselves better. I believe that engaging in therapy allows us to connect to all the parts of our self and develop increased self-awareness and self-compassion. I have spent most of my clinical hours working with adolescents around issues of anxiety, self image, relational difficulties and life transitions. I also have a strong passion for working with couples, especially during their premarital journey. My approach to counseling rests on my belief that the therapeutic relationship is central to client growth and change.
