Therapist Overview

I work with children, teens, families and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transition and relationship issues, parenting concerns, grief and loss, and trauma. I support my clients with gaining insight into the source of their struggles and with developing strategies to have more ease and joy in their lives and relationships. I have significant training in working with trauma, as well as in mindfulness and expressive therapies, to include art, sand tray and play therapy. I am registered play therapist and a graduate of the child and adolescent training program at the Washington School of Psychiatry. My therapeutic style is grounded in the belief that life experiences inform how we engage with the world and in our relationships. We will work together to identify the source of your struggles and identify goals that you would like to work on. I bring compassion, mindfulness, and creativity to my work and consider it an honor to work with my clients. You will find me to
