9/9/20-CURRENTLY FULL. We all want connection. With ourselves and others. We thrive when we live from a sense of belonging, being enough, mattering. We grow, heal and thrive in healthy relationships. Wounds from life and relationships can get stuck in our fabric, often creating habits that get in our way. Whether it be insecurity, depression, anxiety, addiction, or other harmful behaviors, I believe our becoming increasingly well, whole and our best starts with coming home to ourselves and the truth of our worth. From here, we can face life’s challenges with a deep sense that we can handle whatever comes well. I’ve been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy – a treatment especially helpful for those with intense emotions and a tendency to make life worse when in pain. Currently, I am focusing on interpersonal neurobiology – which is essentially about understanding our emotions and being able to experience ourselves and others in new ways. I want to help you find, strength
