I have a passion for working with those struggling with sex and love addiction, betrayal trauma, substance use, recovery, and trauma. The therapy I provide is tailored to your individual needs and can help you facilitate personal growth and development. Therapy is most effective when you feel safe and respected. I would be honored to provide that space for you. I view my work with you as a collaborative process. I want to learn more about you and understand the problems you are facing from your perspective. All the work I do is meant to support your strength and resiliency. No problem is too difficult for me to handle. During COVID-19 I am providing telehealth services. In our 60 minute sessions you will find clarity, acceptance, and forgiveness. I have specialized training in EMDR, sex and love addiction, and cognitive behavior therapy. I am a certified yoga instructor and I often incorporate somatic techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and yoga into my practice. My knowledge and experience can help you develop awareness, process traumatic events, learn coping skills, and decrease emotional reactivity. I want to give you the tools to cope with life on life’s terms. The therapy I provide is LGBTQ+ affirming. I am happy to provide a free phone consultation to answer any questions.
