Therapist Overview

Whether you are struggling with a specific issue, or a more general feeling of being “stuck,” my goal as your counselor is to help you navigate these challenges so that you can create the life you want to live. My counseling approach is based on the unique needs of the individual, and together, we will determine how therapy can be most useful for you. We will identify goals that align with your values and work to develop the tools that will help you to reach your desired changes. I specialize in grief counseling and am passionate about working with people going through life transitions. The death of a loved one, a breakup, or other loss, can turn your life upside-down and I am dedicated to providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for you to work through these struggles. It is my belief that therapy is a collaborative process that requires a trusting and respectful relationship between the client and the counselor.
