I offer evidence-based and experiential therapies for people looking for a therapeutic experience different from traditional talk therapy. I utilize non-traditional modalities that target the ways in which past experiences like trauma have been stored inadequately in the brain and nervous system in order to support our natural healing capacities. These modalities include EMDR, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, trauma-informed somatic therapy, nature-based therapy, and nervous system regulation strategies. I work with individual adults experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use issues, PTSD, and relational challenges.
