As the therapist, I will work with the inner strengths of those individuals and help them navigate their life to become their truest self. My therapeutic practice is based on the client's individual needs. I believe that there is no one model to fit all people and the therapy should be molded to the client's individual goals. I counsel families/couples working through family issues, blended family dynamics, and relationship issues. I also focuse on mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bereavement, depression, chronic stress, anger management, self-esteem issues, spirituality issues, and more. I understand the challenges that life throws at us, God calls us to use those things to help others struggling with the same things (2 Corinthians 1:4-5) that is when true healing can begin. It's about finding balance in life and to be the best you that God created you to be. If you are struggling in any way, please reach out to someone. You are enough and you are important. Self care is vital for each individual to survive, just like on a plane they tell you to put your mask on before helping others, self care is that mask. You cannot help with an empty cup.
