I focus treatment on restoring hope by using a strengths-based approach to building self-esteem and instituting concrete coping skills to rewire neural pathways that have been hardwired to perpetuate depression, anxiety and unhealthy behaviors. Over the past 10 years, my specialties have developed to include clients suffering from anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, life transitions and chronic illness. I enjoy using nature as a medium for healing. I believe that when we get back to our roots, and find our natural balance and purpose, life becomes more meaningful and joyous.
