Many of us experience life events that are beyond our control and can be hard to navigate alone. Whether moving through life transitions, trying to change old habits, or dealing with something that has left a lasting impact, therapy can be a good place to start the healing process. Sometimes all it may take is gaining a new perspective or incorporating new skillls and strategies to start the journey to feeling whole again. Supporting a person through healing the mind, body, and spirit is an approach that I believe fosters change. I have worked in the counseling field for over 25 years and I honor and respect the client-therapist relationship that is so important when fostering personal growth. With nonjudgmental, compassionate support, I enjoy working with women and men, or any gender identified with; in addition to adolescents, seniors, and couples.
