I have spent the last 18 years working with individuals with substance use, mental health and Co-Occurring Disorders. I use strengths-based strategies which empower individuals to lead a more fulfilling and enjoyable life. I am a caring and compassionate therapist with a non-threatening and non-judgemental approach . I meet the individual where s/he is in their life; and guide them towards their achievements and goals. Each individual is greeted and welcomed to the office by a beautiful black shepherd called Yanno.
