Eliza helps clients who are experiencing self-doubt, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Eliza creates a safe, honest, and constructive environment. She fuses multiple modalities into her work including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. These tactics help her clients maximize their full potential. Eliza collaborates with each client to establish effective coping strategies that can be used to overcome their biggest challenges. Eliza received her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University.
