Andrea Bellard

I have a professional interest in serving women struggling with infertility, postpartum depression, and grief and loss associated with pregnancy, infant, and child loss. My background includes 12 years of working with adolescents and children in public school settings, as well as adolescent clinical settings including juvenile detention facilities, inpatient mental health facilities, and adolescents substance abuse recovery programs. My history specializes in working with adolescent substance abuse/addiction and teen anxiety. Additionally, I have experience working with grief, anger management, impulse control, and depression. I utilize a collaborative approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused interventions. I strive to develop a collaborative relationship with my clients to develop insight. I work in collaboration with adults and adolescents to develop therapeutic goals and objectives to assist with problem solving, personal growth, and individual development. I look forward to meeting with you, and helping guide you and/or your adolescent while equipping my clients with skills, strategies, and solution-focused techniques that will empower while providing support, insight and internal peace.
