Courage is not the absence of fear, rather, it is acting despite the fear. I believe that reaching out and asking for help often takes courage, willingness and should be honored. My work is centered on creating an empathic, safe, creative and fun therapeutic space for children, teens and families. I currently use evidence-based practice to address a variety of concerns, including social anxiety, separation anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD. I believe in providing affirming, validating care while also challenging negative thinking and behaviors in order to change our emotions in creative and fun ways.
