I’ve worked with teens, adults, children, and families as a whole in both outpatient and inpatient settings for several years now who have been dealing with depression, anxiety, oppositional defiance, trauma, and attachment issues. I am experienced in working with these issues using EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and CBT (cognitive behavior therapy) for adults & teens and play therapy for children.
