Children and families are the world’s greatest gifts! Sometimes, things do not go the way we want and we can’t “fix” them ourselves. Other times, we find ourselves reliving family occurrences that we vowed we would never return to. And often times, we simply want to make the best of what we have. Whether it’s Mom, Dad, or the kids, we just need to sit down, talk it out, and take the REST needed to move forward. This practice prioritizes the child/adolescent, but does not neglect the reality that the entire family system is pivotal to the child’s development. Cultivating well rounded and healthy family systems is the goal! REST, welcomes all youth, adolescents, and families who aspire to build a healthy family dynamic, with the child/ren or adolescent/s being the sole focus. Included in our services (but not limited to) are therapeutic counseling, group therapy, play therapy, music therapy, and family dynamic workshops and forums.
