I believe in empowering clients to make meaningful life changes. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults using a variety of evidence-based therapies. My goal as a therapist is to guide and support you through your journey of healing and change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor. I have focused my practice on pregnant and postpartum moms and the struggles they experience both during and after pregnancy. In addition, I have years of experience working with those who struggle with anxiety and depression, as well as trauma. Prior to my work in private practice I worked with women detainees struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues in the Cook County Jail.
