Whether you are a single adult, a partner, or a parent, we all struggle with stressors such as feelings of anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, financial pressures, and difficult relationships. Therapy can be a useful way to explore where you feel stuck, and discover alternate ways to manage and cope so that you can live the life you envision for yourself. I use a collaborative, holistic, and relational approach to create a safe and brave environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore themselves and their relationships. l use interventions from various therapies, such as CBT and mindfulness. I have specialized training in couples and family therapy from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, where I am a Teaching Fellow and Clinic Associate, and perinatal mental health from PostPartum Support International and the PostPartum Stress Center.
