Integration and balance. These are the two guiding principles of my therapeutic approach. Sometimes people find themselves lost, astray, or simply curious about their current state in life. When we hit our lowest point, however, we may access the greatest change within ourselves. At some point in time, we may have lost our sense of self, while in other cases we may have struggled to form a coherent identity no matter how successful or secure we may appear. Nevertheless, we all have the potential to cultivate our resiliency and better understand who we are and who we wish to be. I work with my clients to collaborate on how they may better understand their strengths and weaknesses, grow to become a more adaptive individual, and cope with life’s ever-present curveballs.
