I am a licensed clinical social worker with over five years experience working in the Chicago area. My goal as a clinician is to create a safe space where we can work through issues that may be causing you distress and celebrate your positive growth. I may be a particularly good fit for those seeking support around interpersonal relationships, life transitions, chronic illness, anxiety or depression. Together, we will explore the patterns in your life that are no longer serving you. By doing so we will aim to develop positive coping skills, improve relationships and increase your sense of self-worth. Using an integrative approach, we will work collaboratively to meet your goals. While certain theories and therapeutic modalities may guide the process, I view the relationship with my clients as the most valuable tool for effecting positive change.
